Everyone knows disappointment sucks!!! What happens when you are disappointed? Are you impacted emotionally? Are you impacted mentally? Does your perspective towards the person change?  If you are impacted in any of these areas, what should you do?  I'm glad you asked.  First, pause and ask was it personal.  Second, even if it was meant personally, don't take it personally. Third, evaluate the situation to determine how you can use it as fuel to help move you forward. Finally, take a look at what disappointed you, forgive then move on.
